操作日志


租的云服务器,系统是Ubuntu-24.04-2,用的日志软件是Snoopy,这个软件的配置文件如下。

首次给药前,充分摇振瓶体,手按喷雾器10次作为启动,(好家伙一共60喷,启动用了10)

直至看到均匀的喷雾,然后鼻腔给药,左手喷右鼻孔,右手喷左鼻孔,让液体喷到鼻腔的外侧,避免喷到鼻中隔可以减少不良反应。推荐早上使用。早上8点左右,

对于轻度和中‑重度间歇性过敏性鼻炎,疗程不少于2周;对于中‑重度持续性过敏性鼻炎,疗程4周以上。持续治疗对病情的长期控制效果明显优于间断治疗。

头稍向前倾,能与喷雾器保持垂直

用对侧手拿药喷鼻,另一只手按住不用喷药的鼻孔。如喷左鼻孔,左手拇指压住右鼻孔,用右手拿药左侧鼻孔。换手并在另一边鼻孔重复喷药。(按鼻孔就很别扭了,放弃)

用鼻吸入喷出的气雾,再用口呼气。(什么过肺操作)

喷嘴进入鼻腔约为1厘米,稍偏向外侧使用,左手喷右侧鼻孔,右手喷左侧鼻孔,不要同侧喷,同侧喷容易鼻出血。

用药后,漱口,清洁鼻喷剂喷嘴,垂直放置药瓶。

,成人10 mg每晚睡前口服,推荐连续使用8-12周;(不同品牌的药价格差距好大,想了想还是买的贵的)
